Tencel® fiber is a health and eco-friendly fiber made from eucalyptus, which is grow very fast and cost 1/3 times water and fertilizer than cotton. Tencel® fiber is softer and smoother than cotton fiber, Tencel® in Chinese means “the silk comes from heaven”, you can image how soft and smooth it is. What’s more, Tencel® fiber has the quality that anti-bacteria, anti-mite, moisture absorption and anti-UV, it is good for baby, pregant and adult.
Lenzing company had various Tencel® fiber, such like G100, A100, LF, Micro Tencel® and other products, usually G100 is for garments weave fabrics, it usually produced to 16s, 21s,30s pure yarn. The health and safety of our staff is always our bottom line when we run our company, less than 8 hours works per day, we have 4 shifts in workshop but only 3 shifts works per day, 2 rest days per 8 days.

1. The yarn is for knitting or weaving?
Jihua 3509 Textile Co.,Ltd has very advanced equipment, can do spun yarn, siro yarn, compact yarn and siro-compact yarn. So we can produce both knitting and weaving yarn for our clients.
2. How can I choose the fitted yarn?
For knitting yarn, it is usually need better evenness, weaker twist than weaving yarn, if you find us, just need tell us your end using, our engineer will help you to design a yarn quality standard to meet your need.
3. What is 3509's sample policy?
1. ONE cone of yarn will be provided free, however you need pay the mail fee.
2. Less than 1000 kg, we think it is a sample order, we will charge USD200.00 as sample fee, but it would be return when you place order.
3. For order clients whose annual order above USD100, 000.00, we give THREE sample orders without sample fee per quarter.
4. For VIP whose annual order above USD500, 000.00, we will help to develop new products without any charge.
