Modal is naturally soft on the skin and exceptionally ecological. The fiber is produced, using Edelweiss technology. Edelweiss stands for a "symbiotic" production process - pulp, the raw material, is produced at the same site as the Modal fiber itself. Thus production can be done while going easy on energy and other resources.

Modal has three types fiber: modal, micro modal, micro modal air, it widely used in the knitting and weaving fabrics, such like Yoga Garments, bedding sheet, fancy underwear, and so on.

For modal yarn, our main products are 705 cotton/30% modal 40s compact yarn, 50% cotton/50% modal 40s compact yarn, pure modal 40s siro yarn, pure modal 60s siro compact yarn and so on.

base on ISO9001:2008 Quality management system, 3509 designs a prefect QC team and operation process from the raw material to semi-products to end products, try to become the best spinning mill in China to serve our customers. The health and safety of our staff is always our bottom line when we run our company, less than 8 hours works per day, we have 4 shifts in workshop but only 3 shifts works per day,  2 rest days per 8 days.And we install CCTV system let our Safety Management Team can find dangerous thing when it happen even stop it happen. Safety education class been taken every week to help our workers know how to avoid danger, and how to keep themselves safe.

Good Environment Management System has been carried out by 3509, 3%-10% profit has been used to create a better environment and update our equipment to save water, power and decrease the harmful pollution discharge in to zero.   

1. The yarn is for knitting or weaving?
Jihua 3509 Textile Co.,Ltd has very advanced equipment, can do spun yarn, siro yarn, compact yarn and siro-compact yarn. So we can produce both knitting and weaving yarn for our clients.

2. How can I choose the fitted yarn?
For knitting yarn, it is usually need better evenness, weaker twist than weaving yarn, if you find us, just need tell us your end using, our engineer will help you to design a yarn quality standard to meet your need.

3. What is 3509's sample policy?
1. ONE cone of yarn will be provided free, however you need pay the mail fee.
2. Less than 1000 kg, we think it is a sample order, we will charge USD200.00 as sample fee, but it would be return when you place order.
3. For order clients whose annual order above USD100, 000.00, we give THREE sample orders without sample fee per quarter.
4. For VIP whose annual order above USD500, 000.00, we will help to develop new products without any charge.

4. When I meet troubles during using 3509's products, how can I do?
