60s mica powder polyester/tencel blended cooling yarn

Jihua 3509 Textile Co.,Ltd is a professional and high technology textile factory, we cooperate with Wuhan Textile University and built a lab to help us develop new spinning and weaving technology. What's more we have more than 10 enginners try new material, such flaming resistance yarn, anti-bacteria yarn, high tensile strength yarn and so on.

Jihua 3509 Textile Co.,Ltd is a professional spinning&weaving mill with 66 year-history, now we have 1300 workers, 120,000 spindles and 400 air jet looms. We had through ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2003 and OHSAS18001:2007 certifications, and we are working on OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, and will get the licence in 2017 the latest.

For yarn, we have 4 series, inculding

1. 60-160s high NE bedding fabric using weaving yarn, 32-60s knitting yarn

2. 32s-80s wood pulp cellulose yarns, such like viscose, tencel, modal, bamboo

3. aramid, polyester, vinylon blended high tensile strength yarn for military fabrics weaving or flaming resistance fabrics

4. cooling, warming and other funcational yarn which made some funcational powder inside polyester fiber, nylon fiber , viscose fiber or lyocell fiber.

Our main clients are located in Hongkong, India, South Europe and North America, our annual sales amount is about 60,000,000 USD, and 10-20% comes from exporting business. We are also IKEA's indirectly Supplier, so our quality is good enough to meet your every need.
